We are a Christian church
Believing that Jesus Christ is the God who created the world, our Lord and Saviour, and that salvation can only be found in Him.
We are an Evangelical church
Believing that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the full, final Word of God to us. It is our final authority in all things.
We are an Anglican church
Believing in the foundational Anglican beliefs of the 39 Articles and the Book of Common Prayer. Christ Church is a parish church (the easternmost in the British Isles) within the Diocese of Norwich in the Church of England.
As a Christian church, we welcome those who are not Christians and want to find out more about Jesus Christ. As an Evangelical church, we welcome those who wish to question and explore the Bible. As an Anglican church, we welcome those from all denominations and none. Our congregation already consists of many people who are not Anglicans.
